If you have a client asking you to identify spare parts or components for a Grohe concealed cistern, then it is best to follow the below steps:
- Ask the client to send you clear photo's of the part, product or component in question.
- Once you have received the photo's and the part is clearly shown, you then need to determine which product it is apart of.
3: Concealed Cistern Identification - Australia
In Australia, the most common Grohe concealed cisterns were the SK80 thin-wall concealed cisterns.
The SK80 cisterns had two product SKU codes:
- Grohe 38903000 SK80 Cistern
- Grohe 38863000 SK80 Cistern
(Product Installation and Maintenance Instructions are attached below)

4. Common Parts
Like any product, there are common and un-common parts.
With the SK80 cisterns, the most common parts are coded as part kits.

5. Available and not-available parts
All Grohe spare parts are coupled into parts kits, which hold one SKU code.
It is generally not possible to obtain a part or component that does not have a SKU code next to it
However, with certain parts kits, there is parts breakdowns for high use items such as washers and seals as shown below in Fig.3

6. Reece codes
We are continuously working on creating Reece codes for as many parts as possible, however there are some parts that do not yet hold a Reece code. In these cases, please email your representative within Reece to discuss purchasing and coding options.
